As the lead designer for the Profile Core team, I made sure job seekers could find the jobs they love and represent themselves to employers effectively. In my year at Indeed: I rearchitected and redesigned the profile and resumé applications, I proposed an initiative to use Profile to improve data relevancy and recommendation quality, positioning our platform as the center for the user's permanent, canonical job search data – including leading multi-disciplinary design thinking sessions to kick off the workstream. I also buily a proposal for doing the right thing for user's privacy and security.
It’s true - I use sticky notes from time to time. These are the remnants of a paper prototype that tested a new way of interacting with resumé suggestions.
